Wrote and edited teacher scripts and modeling and student workbook pages for below-level and on-level students for reading selections from anthologies. Work sheets included abbreviated biographies and background information, as well as discussion questions, vocabulary activities, and writing exercises.

ELD60, McDougal Littell
Wrote teacher scripts and instruction pages to accompany ELD student worksheets focusing on academic and selection vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing workshops, literary skills, phonics, and speaking and listening.

High School and Middle School Reteaching Lessons, Hampton-Brown
Planned, prototyped, wrote, and edited lessons to reteach vocabulary, reading comprehension, and literary skills to accompany the middle school and high school reading anthologies for struggling readers and English language learners.

Edge, Hampton-Brown  
Edited and rewrote unit introductions, questions and margin notes for reading selections, and unit wrap-ups for three levels of the high school student edition Edge reading, writing, and language program for struggling readers and English language learners.

Good Reader's Guide Interactive Lessons, Hampton-Brown
Wrote and edited teacher scripts to accompany interactive teaching visuals to accompany the Good Reader's Guide program. Lessons included vocabulary, literary skills, and reading comprehension.

Edge Interactive Lessons, Hampton-Brown
Edited and rewrote student lessons for the interactive ancillary to accompany the high school Edge reading, writing, and language program. Lessons included student instruction, graphic organizers, margin notes, and questions for specific selections.

Trade Books, Hampton-Brown  
Edited the introductions, glosses, discussion questions, and review questions for Hampton-Brown literary trade books for struggling readers and English language learners. Glosses included defining key vocabulary, background notes, and replacement of difficult phrases, such as idioms and figurative language.

Language of Literature California Edition and Universal Access Resource Book, McDougal Littell  
In-house consultant and team leader for the development of 8th grade Language of Literature California Edition teacher's edition. Wrote differentiated instruction material for each selection. Prototyped and wrote content for the Universal Access Resource Book to assist struggling readers and English language learners. UARB included teaching scripts to introduce and get students involved in each selection, as well as spelling, phonics, vocabulary, grammar, and reteaching lessons for each California standard.
